Product return

The buyer can return the goods and receive 100% of the cost if no more than fourteen days have passed since the moment of receipt, and for the following reasons:

1. there are disagreements in the technical documentation;
2. error of the manager when determining the product;
3. an error by warehouse workers when forming your order;
4. lack of a manufacturer.

Requirements for the product when returning it:

1. the product must not have mechanical defects and traces of installation and operation;
2. the product is accepted for return only in the original packaging in which it was released to the client, regardless of the reason for its return;
3. the package must not contain any inscriptions and/or be damaged (opening the package in the designated place does not damage it).

The procedure for returning goods.

To return the product, you must attach a copy of the document confirming the fact of its purchase in the "PSV-bearing" online store (goods or cashier's check).

The return of goods is carried out after prior agreement with the manager, who has determined the place of arrival and the person who will receive it. After sending, it is necessary to report the shipping declaration number and the sender's mobile phone number. It is categorically not allowed to tape the package, as well as any changes that lead to the loss of the original product type. The seller does not visit the buyer when returning the goods and does not pay the costs associated with the transportation and storage of the returned goods.

According to the provisions of clause 1 of Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality only within fourteen days from the moment of receipt, provided that the following requirements are met:

1. the product was not used;
2. its product type, consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved;
3. there is a settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods.

Goods of proper quality, delivered to an individual order or selected independently by the Buyer, including those with incorrectly specified technical characteristics, are not subject to return or exchange. The supplier's refusal of one or more items of the completed order will not be the basis for the buyer's refusal of other items under this order.

When returning the goods, the seller reserves the right to conduct an appropriate examination in order to establish possible cases of violation of its quality, technical and other characteristics.

When returning the product, the "PSV-bearing" online store undertakes to return the full price no later than 5 days after receiving it or, if necessary, after conducting the appropriate examination. Refunds are made in a way that is convenient for the Buyer.

For obtaining additional information, expressing any claims to the activity of the online store "PSV-bearing", providing recommendations and suggestions for improving customer service, it is carried out individually or by sending a written request. A response to specific issues will be prepared as soon as possible and comprehensive information will be provided.
